Thank goodness for the time change

For the last two (almost three) weeks, I've been having problems sleeping. I just couldn't fall asleep no matter what I tried or how tired I was. It was beginning to wear on me but I finally got some sleep this weekend and felt better today than I have in a while. The extra hour from the time change helped too. Other than that October was a long month for me. The new job and the changeover in sports have brought about a bunch of change and though at times it seemed to fly by, it also seemed to take forever to get to Halloween and the end of the month. Now we're into November and it's all snowballing (only figuratively since we don't have any of the white fluffy stuff yet) into Christmas. Speaking of which, I'll be back in Edmonton from Dec. 19th - Dec. 30th
for those that are there during that time. I'd like to see as many people as possible so let me know asap when you are free and if you have time to get together.

Anyway, I'd like to keep this proper sleeping pattern up so I'm heading to bed right away. Hopefully I can stay rested and healthy until Christmas.
